Sonoran Desert Gnomey Shaker Card

Sonoran Desert Gnomey Shaker Card

Hello! Happy St. Patricks Day! Popping in to share a I made for the Sonoran Deserts Crafts New Release. I have had so much fun working with these adorable gnomes from Sonoran Desert Crafts!
I generally color my images before I decide what papers I am going to use. For this card I wanted to do colors that were a little different from the normal St. Patricks Day green. Of course, that meant that my images didn't match any of the papers from the Sonoran Desert Crafts paper pack. No stressing here! I made my own. It was simple...markers and a ruller. I used YG95 for the stripes. For the pink matting, I used the trick I learned from Jennifer Dove. White cardstock with the trim colored in pink...RV95.
My little gnomes are propped up on one of those springy things that allows them to wiggle around. It makes them look like they are dancing which makes the card extra fun!
